The firm’s fees are calculated on a time spent basis using a variable hourly rate (from € 150 to 420 excl. VAT), depending on the experience and area of expertise of the lawyers involved in the assignment.
Further fees may be charged, by agreement with the client - based on the timescale, difficulty of the case or the result obtained.
Fees are usually invoiced on completion of the assignment and are payable upon receipt of the invoice.
